Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email—and 48 hours prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a reminder via email and text. A quick reply confirms your spot

Appointment Confirmation

To ensure your visit is seamless, we ask for a confirmation 24-48 hours ahead of your appointment. You can respond via email, text or phone—just use whichever method is easiest

Questions? We love questions. Our preferred method is text (since blow-dryers tend to be loud!). You’re also welcome to email or call. Our communication hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m.

When your service is complete, our team will walk you through your checkout, assist with any product or home-care questions, and help you pre-book your next visit if it makes sense.
